If the shipping info provided by the customer is incorrect or not serviceable (including address and phone number*), Nav Ghritam cannot not be held responsible for the cancellation or return of shipment once the shipment has been dispatched.
*Valid Indian phone numbers are required for calls and messages so that the delivery partner can locate the address and confirm the delivery OTP to ensure it reaches you safely. If incorrect or unserviceable numbers are provided, your order may not get delivered.
Customers shall have to incur a re-shipping/cancellation cost of up to 20% of the order value in order to re-deliver/cancel their order.

Shipping timeline
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days from the order date and are usually delivered within 7 business days from the shipping date.
Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days from the order date.

Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled before 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier) will be refunded completely. For cancellations post 12 hours or post dispatch (whichever is earlier), a cancellation fee of up to ₹250 would be levied. The remainder amount would be refunded.
