Return/Exchange Policy

At Nav Ghritam, we follow tight protocols while packing your order. We may make mistakes but we never shy away from owning up to them and correcting them.

  • Received Incorrect Products

Please get in touch with us via WhatsApp/phone/E-mail within 5 days of the delivery with the order number/AWB number, images of the products and the package with the order label clearly visible. 
Once the issue is rectified, we will reprocess your order or issue a refund.

  • Received Damaged Products

Please reach out to us via WhatsApp/phone/E-mail within 48 hours of the delivery. Kindly share your order details such as the order number/AWB number, images of the products & the package with the order label clearly visible. 
If you have an unboxing video, please share that with us since it would speed up the replacement/refund process.
We will need this information, especially for our delivery service partner, in order to expedite your replacement/refund.

Refund/Replacement products would be issued once the case has been rectified, which typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • Other reasons for return/exchange

Since we offer perishable products, and their purity is their essence we do not offer returns/exchanges for reasons other than for receiving damaged or incorrect products.
